Arthur S.K. Fong

Arthur S.K. Fong is a practicing attorney and the General Partner of Fong & Fong, Attorneys at Law. His law firm emphasizes arbitration, mediation, masterships, and referee services at the request of the Courts and litigation attorneys, and acts as consultant and co-counsel to other attorneys in business practices, litigation, real estate, and employment matters. A Director since 1991, Mr. Fong chairs the Executive and Compensation Committees. He is a member of the Discount (Loan), Audit and Corporate Governance, and CRA Committees.

Highly regarded in the legal community, Mr. Fong has a long and distinguished record of public service, including serving as a Circuit Court Judge, the First Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii, and a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the City & County of Honolulu. He has served as Arbitrator and/or Mediator for the American Arbitration Association, Mediation Specialists of Hawaii, Inc., Judicate, American Mediation Association, and Arbitration Forum, Inc.

Mr. Fong served as Vice President and Director of the St. Louis Educational Foundation. He is also a former Director of the Hawaii Organ Procurement Organization.

Mr. Fong received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a MBA from the same institution.
