Purpose Of The Committee

The purpose of the Community Reinvestment Act Committee of the Board of Directors of Hawaii National Bank (the "Bank") is to assist the Board of Directors in ensuring that the Bank fulfills its responsibilities under the Community Reinvestment Act ("CRA").

Composition Of The Committee

The CRA Committee shall be comprised of at least three members.

Meetings

The CRA Committee shall meet at least four times a year.

Purpose Of The Committee

The purpose of the Audit and Corporate Governance Committee (the "Committee") is to assist the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Hawaii National Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") and Hawaii National Bank (the "Bank") in overseeing the audit function and in developing and reviewing the Guidelines on Corporate Governance.
